As we grow older, many of us will need a little help - but each will require different types and levels of assistance.   Some Senior citizens can maintain their own residence while others may require daily, periodic, or constant aid.   

 

People with few impairments may want only meal preparation, housekeeping, and structured activities that large Independent Living facilities provide.   Others may need a  smaller,  calmer environment with more  individual care,  tailored to their needs,  that Leisure Palms provides.

Flexible Residence Periods:    Respite / Recovery  (1-day to 4-weeks),   Intermediate (1-or more months), or  Long-Term.

Care Tailored to Each Resident:    Our residents may include people requiring only a calm atmosphere,  housekeeping,  healthy nutrition,  medication supervision, or support for Incontinence,  Dementia / Alzheimers.   Leisure Palms also provides cooperative cares for Hospice patients.

Medical Access:    Leisure Palms is located at 539 Morro Rd., Fallbrook, CA -  and is only one-half-mile from the hospital (about 3 minutes away).   Residents receive free transportation to scheduled, local  medical appointments.

Calm, Quiet, Homey Environment:    Limiting the number of Residents to six allows us to maintain a  non-confusing,  low-key  atmosphere  with the degree of  privacy  that each resident desires.
  

Amenities include:  A large Fireplace, Televisions, Radios, Outside Decks, Tree-Covered Grounds and a Panoramic View of Mountain Sunsets.
Licensed, Immaculate, Modern, Climate-Controlled Facility:   Leisure Palms takes pride in its  cleanliness  and  large rooms and baths.   Most Residential Units have sliding glass door  access to the outside  and balconies.
High Staff-to-Resident Ratio:    Limiting the number of Residents allows Leisure Palms to provide  individualized care - something that larger Independent Living facilities cannot do.   (Larger facilities, by economic necessity, must be highly structured and keep the numbers of staff members as low as possible.)
 

Our staff provides the highest level of individualized care for Residents who are age 60 and over and Ambulatory, use a Cane / Walker / Wheelchair or are Confined to Bed,  Incontinent, or require  Special Diets and other assistance.
Low Cost:    Leisure Palms is a leader in low-cost, high quality care in our area - only $2670/mo. (Semi-Private) or $2970/mo. (Private). 

Our Rates Do Not Change Due to Increases
in a Resident's Level of Care.
 

This is one of the big differences that sets Leisure Palms apart from others.   Our Flat Rate fee schedule helps Seniors or their family afford first-rate care without the worry of escalating bills, due to increasing healthcare needs later on.
